Selecting entries in the graph
There are many ways to select data in a Data Profile graph. The following procedure describes how to select individual entries, multiple entries and ranges of Entities.
To select entries in the graph:
- To select one entry, click once on the value in its data cell or click once on its vertical bar in the graph.
- To select more than one entry, repeat the step above but hold down <Ctrl> and click to select specific multiple entries, or hold down <Shift> and click to select the start and end of a range of entries.
- To select all entries in the graph, click the Select All button.
- To select all entries with a value greater than 0, click the Select > 0 button.

The ‘Select a Range of Entities’ dialog box is displayed.
- Enter a Start time and End time, making sure to use recognised time formats, and click OK.
- To de-select all entries, click the Select None button.
